Description
A New Orleans inspired Seafood Newburg starts with the Louisiana trinity of onions, celery, and bell pepper. Next, it is loaded with crawfish (crayfish), shrimp, and imitation crab. Then comes the sauce made with sherry, cream, herbs and spices with just a touch of heat. Finally, all this fills puff pastry shell until it spills out over your plate.
Served with a salad of spring mix, arugula, oranges, and fennel in a light orange vinaigrette.
